　　1、With the reference/ In reply to your advertisement in (newspaper) of September 12 for a clerk, I offer myself for the post/I take the liberty of offering myself for the position.

　　从9月12日……报上得知贵公司招聘一名职员，我申请该职/特冒昧申请这一职位。

　　2、I’m 21 years of age, and I’m anxious to settle down to office work.

　　本人21岁，希望能找到一份办公室工作，以便安定下来。

　　3、I would like to apply for the vacancy of...

　　我想申请……这个空缺职位。

　　4、My reason for leaving the present company is that I desire to improve better myself.

　　我想离开现在公司的原因是，我希望个人能得到提高。

　　5、I have a fair knowledge of…and I ask you to consider my qualification for the post.

　　我有……方面的经验，请您考虑我是否有资格担任此职。
